Tuanku Najihah studied at the London School of Oriental Studies and was a committee member of the Associated Country Women of the World. She later pursued various language courses and special training programmes for diplomatic wives when Almarhum Tuanku Ja'afar was undergoing a special Diplomatic Service course in London.
Tuanku Najihah is known as an accomplished sportswoman, leading socialite and for her contributions towards improving the lives of society's less fortunate. She has a strong passion to help the needy which is reflected by her many selfless contributions to the physically challenged and the underprivileged. She is well known for her willingness to lend support towards any noble cause.
As patron of the Tunku Ampuan Najihah Children's Home in Temiang, she makes it a point to provide special care and attention to its physically challenged and underprivileged residents.
As a keen sportswoman, Tunku Ampuan Najihah excels in hockey, basketball, badminton and is known for her golf and tennis skills as well as her shooting abilities. She is still actively involved in sports through her stewardship of various sporting associations. These include:

She is also the patron of various national women's associations including the Lembaga Kebajikan Perempuan Islam and the Women's Institute.
Tunku Ampuan Najihah and Almarhum Tuanku Ja'afar Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman are blessed with six children’s, 3 Princes and 3 Princesses.
Y.A.M. Tunku Dato’ Seri Utama Naquiyuddin ibni Almarhum Tuanku Ja'afar DK, DKYR, SPNS, SPMP, PPT, BSc (Econ) (Hons), LLD (Honorary)
Tunku Naquiyuddin received his education at the King's School in Canterbury and read International Politics at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth, United Kingdom (UK). He initially served the Malaysian Diplomatic Corps and was posted to Paris between 1972-1975 as 2nd secretary. He speaks fluent French.
Tunku Naquiyuddin was SPA Chairman until April 1994, when he left the position to fulfill his duty as Negeri Sembilan’s Regent during his father's term as King of Malaysia. After completing his term as Regent, Tunku Naquiyuddin was appointed Chairman of Antah Holdings Berhad (AHB) in 1999. He currently holds this office in Sino Hua-An International Berhad (which has taken over the listing status of AHB).
Tunku Naquiyuddin is also Chairman of Kian Joo Can Factory Berhad and Director of Ann Joo Resources Berhad and Chairman of Noble Mineral Resources Ltd listed in Australia (ASX). He has held various positions in trade associations and professional bodies including the Federation of Public Listed Companies, Malaysia - France Economic and Trade Association, Alliance Francaise de Kuala Lumpur as well as a Committee Member of KLSE (now known as Bursa Malaysia) from 1989-1994.
A keen environmentalist, Tunku Naquiyuddin was a Committee Member of the World Wide Fund for Nature (Malaysia) and Chairman of the Malaysia Wildlife Conservation Foundation.
Tunku Naquiyuddin is married to Y.M. Tunku Dato' Seri Nurul Hayati Bt. Tunku Dato' Bahador and they are blessed with four children and two grandchildren.
Y.A.M. Tunku Dara Tunku Tan Sri Naquiah binti Almarhum Tuanku Ja'afar DKYR, PSM, SPTJ, JP, AMN, PJK.
The eldest of the six siblings of Almarhum Tuanku Ja'afar ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Tunku Dara studied in Malay Girls College, Kuala Lumpur before pursuing her studies in New York and London. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Political Science from the American University in Cairo. Upon returning to Malaysia, she began a successful Public Relations (PR) career during which she received a distinction for her Diploma in Public Relations from the Malaysian Institute of Public Relations (IPR) in 1971.
She is a Director of Syarikat Pesaka Antah (SPA), Director of Hong Leong Industries Bhd and Syarikat Pendidikan Staffield Bhd. She is also the Governor of Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar in Pajam, Negeri Sembilan and chairs their finance and planning committee as well as their external relations committee.
In 1980, she ran a finishing school the first of its kind which provides personal development courses called Ecole de Belle Jeunesse. These included courses on etiquette, formal dining and public speaking and which she continues to conduct today.
She is currently the chancellor of the International University College of Arts and Science.
She is actively involved in the Kuala Lumpur Speakers’ Club, which she helped found in 1970 and is the President. She is :

Tunku Dara’s leadership from 1974-1979.
She has compiled coffee table books entitled “Royal Album”, “The
Malaysian Monarchy” and the “40th Ruby Jubilee”.
Her aims and aspirations are to see women improving their lot
in society, business and sport and strives towards that end.
Her hobbies are dancing, singing, swimming. She used to play
tennis, badminton and squash until recently.
Tunku Dara is married to Y.M. Tunku Kecil Besar, Tunku Datuk
Mudzaffar Bin Tunku Mustapha and the couple is blessed with four
children, one son in law, two daughters-in-law, a grandson and a granddaughter.
Y.A.M. Tunku Tan Sri Imran ibni Almarhum Tuanku Ja'afar (DKYR, PSM, SPNS, AMN, PJK)
Tunku Imran is the second son of His Royal Highness, Almarhum Tuanku Ja'afar, the late Yang DiPertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He is 64 years of age.
Tunku Imran was educated in the United Kingdom at the King's School Canterbury from 1956 to 1966, and Nottingham University from 1967 to 1970 where he obtained an LLB (Hons). He was called to the Bar at Gray's Inn in 1971.
He joined the Malaysian National Corporation - PERNAS - in 1971 and was its Representative in Indonesia and later the Group Company Secretary. He joined the Haw Par Group in 1973 and was Managing Director of Haw Par Malaysia until 1976. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Antah Group of Companies since its formation in 1977 until February 2001. He is currently the Chairman of Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd.
He also sits on the Board of several public listed companies including Aluminium Company of Malaysia Berhad and Lafarge Malayan Cement Berhad as Chairman.
Apart from business commitments, Tunku Imran is a Director of the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS) Malaysia, a member of the Court of Fellows of Malaysian Institute of Management, and the Malaysian-British Business Council (MBBC). He is also the immediate Past President of Badan Warisan Malaysia (Heritage of Malaysia Trust), the present Chairman of the Bankers’ Club of Kuala Lumpur and a founder member of the Board of Trustees of Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar.
In the field of sports, Tunku Imran is President of the Olympic Council of Malaysia, a member of the Management Board of National Sports Council of Malaysia, Founding Chairman of the Foundation for Malaysian Sporting Excellence (SportExcel), President of Taekwondo Malaysia (WTF) and Patron of the Malaysian Cricket Association of which he was President from 1990 to 2011.
Tunku Imran is a member of the International Olympic Committee and its (IOC) Sport & Law Commission, and Sport for All Commission, and sits on the International Council of Arbitration for Sport (ICAS). He is also Patron of the World Squash Federation and was its President from 1989 to 1996. He is President of the Commonwealth Games Federation, having served as Vice-President from 2000-2011. He is also an Honorary Life President of the South East Asian Games Federation and an Executive Council Member of ANOC – Association of National Olympic Committees. He was an Executive Board Member of the International Cricket Council from 1997-1999 and again from 2001-2008.
He was Malaysia's National Squash Champion in 1973 and also represented Malaysia in cricket. He was Malaysia's Chef-de-Mission to the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul. In June 1991, he was conferred the National Sports' Leadership Award by the King of Malaysia, in 1992 the Panglima Setia Mahkota (PSM) conferring the title of 'Tan Sri', and in 1999 the Darjah Seri Utama Negeri Sembilan (SPNS) conferring the title of ‘Dato’ Seri Utama’.
In April 2004, Tunku Imran was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Newport University, U.S.A., and in March 2009, he was awarded an International Honorary Doctorate from the United States Sports Academy (USSA) for his outstanding leadership and achievement in sports and sports-related professions.
In June 2009 he was selected as the Global winner of the Lifetime Service Award for the Pepsi ICC Development Program Annual Awards 2008 in recognition of his contribution to the growth of cricket as a global sport.
In July 2011, Tunku Imran was conferred the Honorary Doctor of Laws by his Alma Mater, the University of Nottingham and in November 2011, he received The BrandLaureate Hall of Fame - Lifetime Achievement Brand ICON Leadership Award 2011.
Tunku Imran is married to Che Engku Puan Sri Mahirah and they have two sons.
Tunku Puteri received much of her early schooling overseas. She studied in Convent of Our Lady of Sion London UK, then Port Said School in Cairo, Egypt and continued her education at Battle Abbey School, Sussex, England. After completing her ‘O’ Levels in the UK, she returned to Malaysia to join the lower and upper 6th form at Tunku Kurshiah College. She graduated with a B.Sc.Soc (Hons) from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang in 1973.
Tunku Puteri started her career by joining the Malaysian Airlines Systems (MAS) as a management trainee at the MAS Head Office until 1976. After her tenure with MAS, she ventured into commerce, establishing her own business ventures. She is currently Chairman of the Tijaz Group of Companies.

Tunku Puteri is actively involved in several social organisations. She is currently the President of the Malaysian Ladies Golf Association (MALGA) and a member of the board of trustees for the Tuanku Najihah Foundation and the Tuanku Ja’afar Gallery Trust.
An avid traveller, Tunku Puteri has travelled far and wide. She is an articulate linguist, who apart from English and Bahasa Malaysia, is fluent in French and Spanish. She is also a keen golfer and enjoys reading, swimming and has a passion for designing homes and interiors.
Tunku Puteri is married to Y.B.M. Tengku Tan Sri Dato' Seri Azlan Ibni Almarhum Sultan Abu Bakar from the Pahang Royal Family who is a politician and a member of parliament. The couple is blessed with three children and three grandchildren.
Y.A.M Tunku Dato’ Seri Irinah binti Almarhum Tuanku Ja'afar DKYR
Tunku Irinah received her early education at the Convent of The Holy Infant Jesus in Seremban. She continued her secondary education at the Wispers School in Haslemere, Surrey, England to do her O-levels. From there, she pursued further studies in Padworth College, Reading, England to complete her A-levels. She graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Studies, London with a degree in Business Marketing.
Tunku Irinah is a Director of Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd. She is the President of Selangor Girl Guides and is also a member of the Speakers Club Kuala Lumpur.
Her keen hobbies are swimming, horse back riding, bowling, dance aerobics and belly dancing.
Y.A.M Tunku Dato' Seri Nadzaruddin Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Ja'afar, DKYR, SPTJ
Tunku Nadzaruddin is the youngest son of Almarhum Tuanku Ja'afar ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman, the 10th Ruler of Negeri Sembilan. He went to school at St. Paul’s Institution Seremban, King George V in Seremban and Cheltenham College, England. Tunku Nadzaruddin holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Mathematics from Middlesex University, England.
Tunku Nadzaruddin started his career in 1982 with British Telecommunication (BT) in London. After his graduation from Middlesex University, he joined ESSO Production Malaysia Inc. (EPMI) as a System Analyst until March 1988. He then left EPMI to become the General Manager of Asia-Pacific Videolab Sdn Bhd until April 1990. In May 1990, he joined Antah Holdings Berhad as Executive Assistant Director to the Managing Director. In December 1992, Tunku Nadzaruddin was appointed as an Executive Director of Hwang-DBS Securities Bhd (which later changed its name to Hwang-DBS Investment Bank Bhd).
He is currently Executive Director of Hwang-DBS Investment Management Berhad. He also holds directorships in Kian Joo Can Factory Berhad, Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Berhad, Hwang-DBS Investment Bank Berhad, Bata (M) Sdn Bhd and is the Chairman of Box Pak (Malaysia) Berhad.
Tunku Nadzaruddin is the Patron and Past President of Persatuan Broker Niaga Hadapan Malaysia (Malaysia Futures Brokers Association). He also served as Deputy President for Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) from January 2000 until June 2004.
Tunku Nadzaruddin is married to Y.M. Tunku Dato’ Seri Mimi Wahida binti Tunku Wahman and they are blessed with three children.
